What do you do with life’s burdens? The bible prescribes three things for us to do with them. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak we learn about burdens we must bear and burdens we can share.
Living on this side of the cross does not make the Old Testament irrelevant and unimportant to the Christian! The Apostle Paul tells us there are some critical lessons for us from these 39 books. We look at four of them in this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak.
Does it pay to serve the Lord? The priests of Malachi’s day asked this question. Since following Jesus comes at great cost, it is logical to ask “is it worthwhile to live a Christian life?” In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak we look at part 2 of the great dividends of discipleship.

In Proverbs 29, Solomon warns that sudden destruction awaits the rebellious sinner who rejects God’s reproof. This destruction does not necessarily mean physical death. In the second part of our study “The Deadline”, we learn what it means to irreversibly cross the line that divides God’s mercy and His wrath.
For every unrepentant sinner, there is a deadline. It can even come before death. In this broadcast of Let the Bible Speak we look at a haunting Proverb and discover how dangerous it is to delay obedience to Christ.
In 1 Corinthians 11, the apostle Paul challenges our ‘views’ of the Lord’s Supper. While correcting the errant Corinthian church on the matter, he points in at least six directions our eyes should be cast when observing the sacred feast. In this edition of ‘Let the Bible Speak’ we look at all six and they make our observation of the supper meaningful and scriptural.
Christians are told to earnestly contend for the faith. But what does that mean? What is the faith that we are to contend for? In a day when people speak of this faith, that faith, or many faiths, we need to understand what the Bible calls ‘the faith once delivered unto the saints.’ In four words, Jude tells us what we need to know to defend the one true faith.
When is a believing, penitent sinner forgiven of his sins? Is it at the moment he mentally assents to the truth of gospel? Paul vividly describes when and how the blood of Jesus makes up free of sin and a servant of righteousness. In this study, we see the point of contact where the blood washes away our past guilt and makes us a new creature in Christ!
